Hey! I been following this for awhile. I lost 30 pounds and still have 36 to go all within 4 months. I’m still have trouble cutting out things that distract me (beer, cigarettes, porn, pizza). Any suggestions?

Hey anon, you’re on the right track.

Cutting distractions take time. You will often fail, but persistence will help you get there. Focus on reducing one thing at a time. For example replace pizza by having a snack or a meal already prepared. Beer by water, etc
