I realize that I am saying this as someone who has a constantly changing schedule, but it’s important.
You will be most productive if you have a schedule. Try to go to bed around the same time every night. Try to get up around the same time every day. Have a day where you meal prep. I know the idea of having your life scheduled out seems boring as hell, but it’s not like every second of our life should be planned.
It’s easier to find time for things when you have a semi-regular schedule.
Just try to keep a few things as regular as you can, like bed time and you’ll start being more productive.
