I can’t stop drinking, eating junk and smoking… I just want to live a healthy, fulfilling life but I always feel like shit :(

I’m so sorry you feel this way 🙁
You could perhaps try –
– finding recipes and making some new healthy foods
– plan a week out (timetable) and follow it
– cut down on your smoking intake each day/week
– buy healthy foods you’ll enjoy
– set out an amount of money per week for drinking and smoking and stick to it (eg only the amount for 2 standard drinks, or only the amount for a pack of smokes) or whatever works for you so you can’t over spend
– educate yourself on health, you may be more likely to live healthy once you know the dangers of an unhealthy lifestyle and the benefits of a healthy one!
