it’s not fun to start your fitness journey with a family that doesn’t support you. Also, keep in mind that if you have curves it doesn’t mean that you’re not ‘pretty’.
My first advice would be to stop listening to what other people want you to do and focus on what you wanna do. Do you want to lose weight? If yes do it.
Secondly, you’re in this for the long run. It’s okay I you fall off the wagon for a day. Learn from it and keep trying.
