Let’s be real. This is a super weird time. 

Now that we’ve gotten some lazy weeks out of the way, time to take care of yourself before you’re swallowed into an abyss of sadness and body odour.

Get up and MOVE. I don’t care if it’s just 10 jumping jacks. Get off your couch.

Stimulate your brain. Read, listen to a podcast, do a puzzle. I don’t care. Do something. 

Eat something healthy. I know we’re all stocked up on non-perishables, but that doesn’t mean you can’t eat some peas.

Put in the tiniest bit of effort and make sure to take care of yourself, no matter how small.

At Home Leg and Ab Workout #1

This workout will focus on building leg and core strength. We will also include some balance work and plyometrics to help you target stabilizer muscles that we usually don’t train enough. Enjoy.

The Workout:

  • 1 big circuit
  • 3 sections
  • 9 exercises
  • 40 secs per exercise
  • 1 min of rest between each section
  • Repeat 5 times

Do not give up on your goals because life gets tough. Accept it, and see it as an opportunity to grow from it, physically and mentally.
