Let’s be real. This is a super weird time.
Now that we’ve gotten some lazy weeks out of the way, time to take care of yourself before you’re swallowed into an abyss of sadness and body odour.
Get up and MOVE. I don’t care if it’s just 10 jumping jacks. Get off your couch.
Stimulate your brain. Read, listen to a podcast, do a puzzle. I don’t care. Do something.
Eat something healthy. I know we’re all stocked up on non-perishables, but that doesn’t mean you can’t eat some peas.
Put in the tiniest bit of effort and make sure to take care of yourself, no matter how small.
