I have a question please, I don't know wether you can help me , I run every day And even though I make sure I am well hyderated and recover I still sometimes feel my legs sore till next day ?!

Well, there are a lot of things to consider.

How long have you been running every day for? If you’re relatively new to running (probably like less than 6 months?) muscle soreness is part of the territory. Have you been making your workouts harder and harder? 

What’s well hydrated to you?

How’s your protein intake? A lot of people find that taking in protein after a workout reduces soreness.

Anyways, try to consider all the possibilities. Sometimes you’re just sore!
